Effective on 25/05/18 When you sign up to Synergy.Network you automatically become a member of Synergy.Network Community and tell us your personal data. Every time you sign up to any network in Synergy.net platform you spread your personal data to this network too. From the moment of your registration  Synergetica LLC becomes the “controller” and “processor” of your personal data in Synergy.net platform. (According to EU General Data Protection Regulation). This document describes what information we collect and what we do with it. By using Synergy.Network services, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy.   1. General terms Our registered users share their personal data, post and view content, join communities, engage with their network. Content on our services is available to non-registered users. This Privacy Policy applies to Synergy.Network Community (synergy.net) and other Synergy.Network-related apps and services, excluding services that state that they are offered under a different privacy policy. If you use Synergy.Network services, you consent to the collection, use and sharing of your personal data under this Privacy Policy. We may modify this Privacy Policy, and if we make changes to it, we will provide notice through our services, or by other means, to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. If you object to any changes, you may leave the Synergy.Network Community. Your continued use of our services after we publish or send a notice about our changes to this Privacy Policy means that you are consenting to the updated Privacy Policy. 2. Information we collect a. Information you provide When you sign up for Synergy.Network account you provide personal data including your full name, email address and a password. Using this account you will be able to access all the Synergy.Network services that require a Synergy.Network account. You can add additional information to your profile, such as photo, date of birth, description, website, address, phone number and associations with companies. It’s your choice whether to include sensitive information on your profile. If you sign up for any community powered by Synergy.Network, we may automatically add you to Synergy.Network Community and make your personal information from your profile available on synergy.net. We collect personal data from you when you provide, post or upload it to our services, such as when you fill out a form, participate in an event, write a review, post news, create contact list, submit downloadable files, etc. When you apply to a job vacancy, we send your personal information from your profile to the representative of the company, which posted this career opportunity. Polls and surveys are conducted by us and others through our services. You are not obligated to respond to polls or surveys, but when you do you provide your personal information. Please do not post or add personal data to your profile that you would not want to be publicly available. b. Information from others Other users may post content that includes information about you on our services (as part of news, comments, descriptions, etc.). We collect public information about you and make it available as part of our services. We receive personal data about you when others send messages using our services (including invites to join communities, events, etc.). c. Service use We automatically collect and store certain information in server logs when you use our services, including our websites and apps, such as when you view or click on content or ads, perform a search, install one of our mobile apps. We may store what pages you visit and how much time you spend on the website, and also device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL. Location information When you use Synergy.Network services, we may collect and process information about your actual location. Messages We collect information about you when you send, receive, or engage with messages in connection with our services. For example, if you get a new chat request, we will send you a push notification. 3. We may use the information you provide for your Synergy.Network Community profile across all of the Synergy.Network services we offer that require a Synergy.Network account. If you have a Synergy.Network account, we may display your profile name, profile photo and other available profile information and actions you take on Synergy.Network (such as reviews you write and comments you post) in our services, including displaying in ads and other commercial contexts. We may use your personal information to invite you to join other communities powered by Synergy.Network. If you join we will display your Synergy.Network profile in this community. When you contact us, we keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you might be facing. We may use your email address to inform you about our services, such as letting you know about upcoming changes or improvements. We use your information to send you notifications (push notifications and emails) to allow you to stay informed about news, events and chat activities. We may also send you notifications about contact requests and invitations to join other services. We will send you messages about the availability of our services, security, or other service-related issues. We use data and content about registered users for invitations and communications promoting membership and network growth, engagement and our services. We send messages about how to use the services, network updates, reminders, promotional messages and newsletters from us and our partners. We also enable communications between you and other users through our services, including for example chats and mail between connections. We use information collected from cookies and other technologies to improve the quality of our services. For example, by saving your language preferences, we’ll be able to have our services appear in the language you prefer. We use your information to produce aggregate insights that do not identify you. For example we may use your data to generate statistics about our users, their profession or industry, the number of ad impressions served or clicked on, or the demographic distribution of visitors to a site. We use your data if we think it’s necessary for security purposes or to investigate possible fraud or other violations of this Privacy Policy. We will ask for your consent before using information for a purpose other than those that are set out in this Privacy Policy. Synergy.Network processes personal information on our servers in many countries around the world. We may process your personal information on a server located outside the country where you live. 4. How we share your data Your profile is public and fully visible to other members of Synergy.Network Community and may be visible to other registered and non-registered users of Synergy.Network services. You profile can be found in the list of Synergy.Network Community members, lists of attendees of Synergy.Network Community events, in the list of people available for chat, etc. When you link your profile to a company (create an association), your profile becomes available through the details of this company. Our services allow viewing and sharing information including through posts of news, questions, reviews and comments. Others will be able to find (including through search engines) and see your post. We let senders know when you act on their message in chats. Remember that when you share information publicly, it may be indexable by search engines. We provide personal information to our affiliates or other trusted businesses or persons to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Synergy.Network if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request. 5. Access to and control of your data You can change information on your account at any time to keep it up to date. It is your choice which information to provide. You are responsible for the credibility of the provided information and the consequences of providing false, harmful or illegal information.   We retain the personal data you provide while your account is in existence or as needed to provide you services. Even if you only participate in one Synergy.Network Community event and signed up just to try our services, we will retain your information and keep your profile open until you decide to leave Synergy.Network Community or delete your account. In some cases we choose to retain certain information (e.g., visits to sites) in a depersonalized or aggregated form. If you choose to leave Synergy.Network Community, your profile will stop being visible to other members of the community, but you may still be able to login to other Synergy.Network services. If you choose to delete your account, your personal data will stop being visible to others on all Synergy.Network services. We retain your personal data even after you have deleted your account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including law enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse and enforce our Privacy Policy. Information you have shared with others (e.g., through mail, chats or other posts) will remain visible after you left the community or deleted your account or deleted the information from your own profile or mailbox, and we do not control data that other users copied out of our services. Your profile may continue to be displayed in the services of others (e.g., search engine results) until they refresh their cache. If you want to delete your personal data permanently and stop Synergetica LLC from being the “Controller” of your personal data (according to EU General Data Protection Regulation) you can contact us using the contact information mentioned below. 6. Safety and security We implement security safeguards designed to protect your data, such as HTTPS. We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. However, we cannot warrant the security of any information that you send us. There is no guarantee that data may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. 7.
